Sub:             Amendment in the License Agreement for Basic/Unified Access Services License with respect to License Fee.

 

            The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of competent authority for Amendment in the license agreement in respect of license fee and with effect from 01.04.2004, the license fees shall be payable at a revised date given below: --

Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu.	12% of Adjusted Gross Revenue	10% of Adjusted Gross Revenue
Haryana, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh including Chhattisgarh), Punjab, Rajasthan, UP (West) including Uttaranchal), UP (East), West Bengal.	10% of Adjusted Gross Revenue	8% of Adjusted Gross Revenue
Andaman & Nicobar, Assam, Bihar including Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, North East, Orissa	8% of Adjusted Gross Revenue	6% of Adjusted Gross Revenue

 

 

Note: In respect of Basic Services, Mumbai is included in Maharashtra service area, Chennai is included in Tamil Nadu service area and Calcutta is included in West Bengal service area.  Further, in respect of Cellular and Unified Access Service License, Andaman & Nicobar is a part of West Bengal service area.

 

2.         Other terms and conditions of the license agreement remained unchanged.
